We LOVE prepping for content! First, we identify your goals and what you want the content to actually do- is it for awareness? conversion? community building? After we identify that, we put together shot lists and briefs- and then coordinate the shoot itself.

Unlike other social media management agencies, we actually understand marketing DEEPLY! We're not just managing your page, but we're focused on KPI's! What that means: we build out strategies made to convert based on what your main goal is (is it sales? awareness? building an email list?). Then, we go through a testing phase and track absolutely everything. Organic social media is a LONG term game, and we typically achieve your desired results within the few months.

With the HUGE shift towards social media as a marketing tool, one person can't do it all. We have script writers, graphic designers, strategists, account managers, content creators, models, UGC creators, social media managers, copywriters, and MORE on our team- to make sure that everything we do, we do it WELL. One person can't excel at every single one of those! If you want someone to just post for you then sure- hire in house! But if you want a team of social media creatives on your side, then agency is the way to go!

That's up to you! We have brands we work with that give us total free reign, and we have brands where we're in all of their slack and email threads, and they approve everything before it gets posted.
